  • General Reminder: A final "heads-up" sent shortly before the appointment.
    • Note: This message does not contain a confirmation link and is sent to everyone, regardless of their confirmation status.

  • Ready for Pickup: When you change an appointment status to "Completed," the system will ask if you want to instantly send an SMS to the client to inform them that their pet is ready.
  • Auto-Reply: You can set up a personalized message that will be sent automatically in response to any incoming SMS from a client.

  • Low Balance Alert: This setting does not send you an SMS, but generates an email and an in-app alert when your SMS credits reach a critical threshold.
